Massimo's is a proper Italian pizzeria — wood-fired oven, short menu, dough taken seriously — set back in the valley at Oakhurst Farm Park rather than on the tourist strip.
There is a garden, which makes it one of the easier places in Hout Bay to eat with small children in tow. Regulars are loyal to the point of territorial.
