How this works
Free to list. No commission. No money through us.
Listing your own home costs nothing, whether you are selling or letting. We do not take a commission, we do not charge per enquiry, and we do not sell your details to agents — which is what happens on most portals the moment a private seller signs up.
Registered estate agents are welcome. We ask for a Fidelity Fund Certificate number, we check it is in date, and we show the agency name on the listing. An agency listing without a valid certificate does not go up — marketing property on someone else's behalf without one is illegal, not a technicality.
Enquiries go straight to the advertiser. No money ever passes through this site, and we will never ask you to pay us for a property.
What we don't do
- Holiday and short-term lets. This section is for buying, and for renting somewhere to live. Short-stay accommodation is a different thing and belongs somewhere else.
- Handle deposits or payments. Not now, not later. A directory that touches your money is a directory that can lose it.
- Publish street addresses. We hold them to verify a listing, and show the suburb. A published address plus an absent owner is how listings get hijacked.
