Fish on the Rocks

Fish and chips at the far end of the harbour wall, eaten off paper while defending it from gulls.

Right at the end of the harbour road, past the working quay, on the rocks. There is no dining room to speak of — you queue, you take a paper-wrapped parcel outside, you sit on the wall.

Hake and chips is the order. The gulls are organised and unembarrassed; keep the parcel covered.

It is a walk from the main harbour parking, which is part of the appeal.
