Kitima
Pan-Asian cooking in Kronendal, an eighteenth-century Cape Dutch manor house on Main Road.
Kitima occupies Kronendal, one of the oldest buildings in the valley — a Cape Dutch homestead with thick white walls, dark beams and a courtyard.
The kitchen is pan-Asian: Thai curries, dim sum, sushi. The combination of a very old Cape house and a very good wok section should not work as well as it does.
It is the valley's default choice for an occasion, so book, particularly at weekends and over the holidays.
